Frequently asked Questions!

  • Who qualifies for the #trade program?

Our trade program is offered to residential and commercial interior designers, licensed general contracts, architects, and professional home stagers who work directly with owners on their home or commercial design improvement. * All authorized personel must be approved in writing by a Principal of your organization.

  • What is the Creative Designs Trade Discount?

The price reflected in your order confirmation includes your trade discount.

- Labor discounts vary for your type of business, based on volume & custom project.

- Fabrics, wallpapers, forms,& miscellaneous materials are standard retail less15% trade discount.

  • How does the scheduling process work?

Typically, we book 4-6 weeks out depending on the project size. If we have provided you with an estimate (& your project has been green lighted) a project order or work order with your timeline request should be submitted for scheduling.

We will try to accommodate any special requests if needed, but PLEASE do not drop items off at the studio unannounced.

All projects MUST BE accompanied with a Purchase Order/Work Order. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made.

  • How to place an order or receive a quote?

All estimating and scheduling will be done though Sara Martinez. Please send an email to - Please follow this channel to ensure a timely response, current pricing & up to date availability.

  • How to pay for your order?

- ALL projects in which Creative Designs is providing materials require a 50% deposit due with the Project Order/Work Order.

- If the Project is LABOR ONY ( valued at over $500), it will require a 50% deposit with the Project Order/Work order

- For your convenience we do accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or check.

  • Does Creative Designs Trade charge sales tax?

YES. Without a valid Resale or Sales Tax Certificate, Creative Designs Trade will charge the required Florida sales tax. If you DO HOLD a valid resale or exemption certificate we are happy to waive the tax upon your request.

**Please note that a tax documentation is subject to review, validation and approva at the soe descretion of Creative Designs Trade and in accordance with state, local and federal guidelines. In addition to a valid resale number we aso require a copy of the completed annual certificate. Please submit to: and reference your trade name.

All orders placed under your resale account must be directly paid directly by your account.

  • Other Professional Services Offered:

- We can assist with furniture pick-up and delivery for a fee. Please indicate on your requests if this is needed. We cannot store completed projects for extended periods of time due to limited floor space. You will receive an invoice upon completion & payment is expected in a timely manner.

- Creative Designs provides services for measures, templates, etc. There are no "standard" measurements in custom, and if it is not your are or expertise, please ask and we would be happy to assist prior to fabrication.

- We are a part of the #HunterDouglas family and offer our services from measure to installation, as a part of our design options for your clients.

- Creative Designs offers wallpaper installation.
